Refund Policy

Return and exchange conditions:

(1) Make a request within 30 days from the date of purchase.

(2) Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through the HiOO official online store. For purchases made through HiOO authorized agents, distributors, retailers and other offline stores or other third-party channels, please contact the original purchase channel or seller for a refund.

(3) If you request a refund due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

(4) For requests for refunds due to product quality issues, HiOO will bear the return shipping costs. However, HiOO will not be responsible for international return shipping costs due to your personal reasons.

(5) Returns must include all products and accessories and be sent using trackable shipping; otherwise, they will not be accepted for refund.

(6) HiOO will only process refunds after receiving the returned items. Any additional costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

(7) No refunds will be given for refurbished goods.

(8) If the product is damaged by humans, returns or exchanges will not be supported.

(9) If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be refused.
